There is a lack of work discipline.
The air conditioning is not working. We informed the reception, but they could not help us. They keep saying they will turn it on next week and do not let us speak with someone in a higher position.
The quality of the food is poor. There are many different restaurants, but unfortunately the quality is not good because the ingredients used are low quality.
