From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and consistently looked after. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Anna and Cemal from the Guest Relations desk – they were truly exceptional. Their support and attention throughout our stay made a big difference. They were always available, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. The food quality across all restaurants was impressive – a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes with something for everyone. The service in the dining areas was also top-notch, with prompt and courteous staff. The beach experience was a highlight. The hotel’s private beach club is very well maintained – clean, spacious, and with crystal-clear waters. The beach club offers food and drink service, which added an extra layer of comfort and convenience while enjoying the sea. Overall, Rixos Downtown Antalya delivers a high standard of hospitality and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya who values great service, excellent cuisine, and a beautiful beach atmosphere.
