Wry friendly receptionist ,quite and big room but very poor room services and old shower

Our experience during our time at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences and across the street from 2 major shopping centers. There are several bus lines nearby that serve nearly every part of the city. Great restaurants nearby too. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We would stay again at this hotel. We highly recommend it.

The room was not exactly clean. It was spacious, but there were stains on the white sheets facing upward on the bed, so we asked them to be changed. There was also a lack of cleanliness in the room and bathroom--I wiped up a dried coffee spill on the desk and the glass walls of the bathroom had what I hope were water splatters running down them. The room itself was spacious and the desk was spacious. The bathroom had no real proper door--there was a sliding door that sectioned off the sleeping room from the front door of the room and bathroom area. They had decided to charge people to be on the rooftop for the fireworks, but hadn't mentioned this beforehand. There was parking under the hotel, but the hotel did not respond to my request before my stay asking where the parking was located. The hotel was "nice" but lacked cleanliness.
