My family's 3 night stay at Royal Palace hotel was just about perfect. We had two rooms -- one for my wife and me and the other for our two adult daughters. The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade for our girls so they could be on the same floor as us --- very nice! Our Royal suite was extremely spacious, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, included breakfast was excellent. Perfect location, too, just a couple blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake, the water puppet theater, and the heart of the Old Quarter. Highly recommend!
