Disappointing service...

Have stayed many times. Unfortunately the lift broke down and as I'm in a wheelchair, they kindly advised me which was appreciated and they would let me know when it was fixed. However after ordering room service and waiting over an hour, i chased up and clearly the order hadn't even been processed. They offered some refund (still waiting on that). But what itritated me the most is they never bothered to advise me the lift was fixed. I called reception in the end in the morning to be told oh yes its been fixed. Not impressed.

Noisy and stale

The gym was very noisy at 19:00 and lovely to be woken by the first gym session of the day at 06:30, even if we hadn't wanted to wake up that early. Croissants were stale even at 07:30 so that's not good. I won't book here again and won't recommend the hotel.
