Hotel only 5 stories high.

Pros: That it was a relatively small and personal place especially as I was traveling alone.
Location: I don't see this as an applicable question for the period I was there. There were few if any activities in the immediate vicinity.
Staff were really pleasant once I got passed someone aggressively trying to get me to upgrade my room and therefore pay more. The pool was excellent and the staff in the Bodylines area were very helpful. The meal I had was okay but not special (Monday night June 13). It's hard to judge a hotel during Ramadan which has its own specifications on how locals and guests should live their lives.

Nice hotel. Large, comfortable rooms.

Pros: Good sized rooms
Very reasonably priced hotel in central location. Large comfortable rooms with some cooking facilties. Next to large supermarket.

Convenient location for the price

This was our first visit to Dubai and our first impression was about the friendliness of the staff. Also the maintenance staff was very quick to respond to any problems. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friend and book in to Rotana again.

Facilities: Top of the line; Value: Fantastic; Service: Flawless, Go the extra mile, Phenomenal; Cleanliness: Spotless, Immaculate; Stayed for 8 nights over NYE before traveling elsewhere, on our return to Dubai we had booked at a 5* hotel on the Palm and regretted not booking VR.
