Staff is AMAZING! Just WOW! So nice and helpful and willing to accommodate any possible request you may have. Room was incredibly clean! Like no other hotel I’ve ever stayed at before!! Walls are thick so you can’t hear neighbors. They have onsite laundry and gym. It was first time leaving USA for me and it’s an extremely safe area and I’m so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone I meet that says they’re traveling to Dublin!

It was a fantastic stay! The rooms and facilities were clean and the staff were extremely friendly! The location makes it easy to walk around the city and is close to bus stations and train stations. I hope to stay there again!

Hotel staff were very helpful, accommodating my every need. The full kitchen was a definite plus (Tesco supermarket only a block away) and although I did not end up using the gym, it is nice that they have one. Rooms are quiet, especially on the side without the Dart train (I asked for a room change, and it was easy).

Room was exactly as described and very well Equipped and tidy. Staff were wonderful - Ana looked after us during o ur stay. Tbh, we weren’t in need of anything as the room had enough coffee, tp, towels etc for our 4 night stay. The location was perfect too - very close to the lively part of town but not in the midst of the noise and madness as we were visiting during Halloween.
