Lovely property. Quiet even though in the middle of town. Good parking but walkable to almost everywhere. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The service was excellent! The staff were great and responsive! There was a lot of construction that made coming and going difficult and we had to be picked up blocks away. Parking a large vehicle was also difficult considering the limited parking and small entrance.

There are major road upgrades happening on George St Dunedin until Feb 2024. These made it a bit more difficult/confusing to get in and out of the property. But they did send me a message the day before our stay, warning about this.
