Overall the property is a bit tired, but having stayed there a number of times previously, that was known. However, the bed on this occasion was incredibly uncomfortable, and neither of us got a good night sleep as a result. We mentioned to the reception staff in the morning and they were excellent, and arranged for an additional mattress topper to be put on the bed. Our 2nd night was less uncomfortable, but not ideal. Bed is definitely in need of replacement, which we passed on our feedback to the hotel about.
