we made mistake of booking place with just one bed. Lucky, we didn't mind sharing. Worst thing was the noisy seagulls walking on roof. Sounded like people were jumping around just above us. Couldn't believe the noise they generated. Because of this didn't sleep well. Next time will ask for different room. Previous two times we visited we have had no problems at all.

Our family room was ideal with two single beds on the mezzanine level giving space and privacy. The property was in process of renovating and upgrading rooms one by one but ours was more than adequate and the kitchen facility and breakfast bar meant we didn’t have to balance plates on our laps!. The location was ideal with our granddaughter just a 5 minute walk away, and we explored the city on foot. Driving further afield was easy too. The staff were very welcoming and everything was very clean.

The place was so lovely, it was clean and very warm and cosy. The fridge was quite cold but kept the food safe. Everyone was so friendly and I would definitely come back :)

Good location and reasonably priced. Shower head was too low - at chest height for averaged height woman and was over a bath so difficult to climb into for older or non mobile people. The units upstairs were not easily accesible for older or less mobile people - would have liked option of ground floor. Cord for electric blanket on window side of double bed didn’t reach power point and one on other side of the bed was split - so no electric blanket to use. The host was nice - took time to show us around the room. The heater was very efficient. Nice touch to have the paper delivered each day.

The motel room was sizable. It was a little dated, but the facilities were very good. The studio in is suitable for a couple or smaller family, with its separate double bedroom, and full kitchen. It was economically priced and provided excellent value for money.
