When checking in I was told all the on site parking was full, the listing on here doesn’t say anything about parking being limited so my options were to park on the side of the road and hope the car didn’t get broken in to while lugging my luggage up a steep hill. The room I booked and paid for was meant to have 2 teen beds the room I was given was directly behind the lifts with one bed in-it felt like being put in the room no one else would want-also you need to consider soundproofing the wall-you could clearly hear phone conversations as well as snoring from other rooms. All in all pretty horrible and I will never come back

Hospitality was way under par.

There was plenty of hotel parking that was available all night, however, receptionist said it was full and would have to park offsite. I later asked for an umbrella for my wife and I as it was going to rain. Receptionist said there was only one umbrella but did not offer it. She said it was not going to rain. It rained a lot 30 minutes after going outside for dinner. We got wet.

Our bathroom flooded, there’s water leaks in the room. The mattress was stained, including a blood stain. There was no parking and the hotel smelled awfully of cigarettes
