This resort was beautiful and a perfect place to stay in Waikiki. Close to restaurants and the beach is right across the street! Also easy access to the highway when traveling out of the city. Our only complaint was the parking fees and resort fees and taxes! It ended up costing us an additional $450 in fees and taxes.

Great location. Staff was very nice. There is no street parking nearby. Be prepared to spend over $50 a night for parking. Pool was great and the hot tub too. Right next to the beach. Beach rentals included with stay!!

We loved the lobby, the aquarium, the pool area, the ocean view, the room. My only complaint was that the bidet was not clean and smelt like urine, could be cleaned a little better. Otherwise I would stay here again, we enjoyed our stay!

During our recent stay at the resort, we encountered overcrowding at the pool and had issues with children repeatedly knocking on our doors. After informing security, the situation was eventually addressed. This was our second visit to the resort, but unfortunately, it will be our last, as we found the property to be in poor condition. Customer service was lacking, housekeeping was inconsistent, and we constantly had to call for more towels.

This hotel exudes unobtrusive excellence from very capable, efficient, friendly, professional staff in all areas of the hotel. The property is safe, quiet, clean, modern and perfectly located for those who wish to enjoy the bodyboarding, surfing and snorkeling reefs. The food at Momosan is delicious and the staff are wonderful.

Nothing like in the photos. The staff didn’t care much to accommodate anything. Rooms were smelly and dirty. The ceilings were dirty. Overall I would not go back.

Great experience at this hotel!! everything is so close and walking distance. The service was outstanding and the staff was very pleasant will consider staying here again!

Great stay in amazing location… a little loud being on the Main Street so bring earplugs or white noise but so convenient to walk to the Waikiki pools and great for small kids!

The hotel’s location is definitely a plus — just steps from the Waikiki strip and very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was quite spacious, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom was shockingly small; the door was only a few centimeters from the toilet, making it awkward and uncomfortable to use. What really stood out, though, was the lack of hospitality from the staff. There was no warmth or welcoming attitude during our stay, which made the experience feel even less enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family.
