Great garden at the back. Very clean and nicely furnished. Very responsive to requests. Close to Waterloo Place where the tourist buses start from. Quite a steep climb from Leith St. The walk up viaWaterloo Place is more gentle. Highly recommended.

Cosiest Cottage

What a lovely little cottage that feels like it is in the missle of a quiet village an yet is central to pretty much anywhere is Edinburgh, 10 minutes walk from the old town, less than 5 minutes from Princes Street. Lovely comfortable quanty little cottage. The owner emails back very quickly if you need to contact them and the directions given to find the place itself are all clear. The only thing I wasnt keen on was the size of the bedroom, quite small and quite warm, but in all honestly that is a very minor minus. Loved the place and if i ever went back to Edinburgh I would certainly stay there again.
