My room had roaches, a lot of ants everywhere, the phone and refrigerator wasn’t working, staff not friendly in the buffet area. And need to provide midnight snacks .

When we arrived they gave us one bed instead of the two beds we paid for and blamed it on them “overbooking” which was so inconsiderate they didn’t even offer to fix it just more like a it is what is situation.
