The room wasn’t very clean. The curtains were filthy. There was hair in the bathroom. No remote for the tv although we asked several times. Had to ask for washcloths. The food was terrible. I got food poisoning twice.

Great resort a lot to do. Some areas of improvements is the staff listening better. They tend to misunderstanding in restaurant orders. We needed an iron for our clothes and there is none available. We waited and had to followup a few times. Overall beautiful place.
