Showed up for check in at 5 pm, two hours after check in time, and room wasn’t ready. Had to wait 30 minutes for a room. We had a reservation so why?? I was very happy with my stay. Breakfast is always appreciated. Although there weren’t waffles which disappointed my kid. I was content with the choices. I would definitely stay there again. I have nothing negative to say about the place.
