Paid for King room with balcony through Expedia but wasn’t given that room. Made enquiry about this and was told that Expedia over booked the room with balcony, but wasn’t told this at time of check In. Received this information the following day. was only told this the following day after I called the front desk. No apologies made Friendly staff. Clean room, bathroom, hallways were also clean. However, the hotel must do a better job of ensuring their NO Smoking policy is adhered to. Guest should be aware that the breakfast portions are very small and over priced. Guest should be informed. I think the cost for complimentary breakfast here is way too expensive.
