"The setting was amazing. Travelers should be aware of limited dining options during off season. We were offered to purchase a frozen pizza from the hotel freezer because the nearby lodge cafe was closed. Bringing food to cook in the communal kitchen is the best option"

"Loved the location with a beautiful view of Aoraki mountain range. Facility was within walking distance to various hiking trails. The staff were friendly with excellent communication. Room was clean neat and tidy, mattress was too springy and soft for my taste."
