Brand new flat on the second floor with lift and indoor parking space . It is strategically located a few minutes walk from the tramway stop leading to the historic centre of Florence ( less than 10 minutes ) and 5 minutes drive from the airport. It consists of a living room with kitchenette furnished with dining table, TV and a comfortable double sofa bed, a beautiful double bedroom with full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Both rooms overlook the pleasant balcony furnished with a small table for an outdoor breakfast. The flat has air conditioning/heating, electric blinds, wi fi. The lift leads not only to the entrance door but also to the basement where there is a large private parking space.
