Room was clean and had no issues. Staff at front desk were very helpful. Only downside was WiFi access. Our room was at end of building and WiFi would only periodically connect. Assume was due to being at end of building where signal was weakest.

Well situated for visiting Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Lovely outdoor areas and helpful team. The room was fine - a little dated but spacious, clean and comfortable.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. I do have a suggestion to upgrade the toilet in the bathroom, it was very old and small, not the most comfortable to use. I recommend an oblong and ADA height. I would stay here again.

Wow wow wow! I’m not someone who takes the time to review place but when I woke up, I told my partner I was going to leave a review. I should start by saying we got in late at night after sunset and left very early in the morning. If there was breakfast, we didn’t get a chance to try it. The front desk staff in the evening was incredibly friendly, warm, and greeted with a big smile. Was happy to give recommendations for dinner when I asked. She was wonderful. We were so tired, we watched a little TV in bed before quickly falling asleep. I dont sleep well when I’m away from home but this bed was 10/10 SP COMFORTABLE! And the pillows… I questioned if I could ask to buy one. I have never slept more comfortably in a hotel in my life and I travel fairly often. In the morning, I woke up to see just how beautiful our view was. You have to get a room with a balcony facing the water! I watched a couple of harbor seals (just feet away!) and the shore birds in the very short time I had before we had to pack up and go to continue on our road trip. I am so sad we were in a rush to leave because this place was amazing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful river view. We could hear the lapping of the river below our deck. We also had a show of a river otter family fishing just a few feet from our deck. The room comfortable and convenient. We will definitely be back.

The property is aged. Our shower had old holes in the wall where the old curtain used to hang. No attempt to cover/repair it. Also floors are thin, could hear people upstairs walking around at 2am. Beds were comfortable & loved the deck overlooking the river. Staff was super nice & very helpful which is what made me score this a 4. Very walkable to a great coffee place, restaurants & shopping along the river.

No balcony view because no balcony! Not happy that there is no option for fresh outdoor air in this first floor room--window does not open and no fan setting on the thermostat. Otherwise, room is clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed.
