While the lobby area was beautifully remodeled, the staff kind and professional, and the food fresh and enjoyable, there were other aspects of the hotel that were very disappointing. Stay was okay. Gym was really nice. Floor was damp wet and slippery in our room. Nothing kept water inside shower so after shower bathroom floor was soaked. Curtains were electric and didn’t work. Upon check in shuttle driver and hotel staff were arguing at the desk when a hotel guest had parked blocking traffic. Airport shuttle took forever to arrive waited over 45mins at the airport.
