Staff disorganized - Polixy message conveyed can be confusing - customer service is not optimal. I was lucky enough to have the manager addressed a lingering issue this morning. Over all i am there for business ( it is just conveneint not accomodating)

Convenient - here for business - That lady manager is not a good lead for the site. The staff is friendly and and try their best to assist you whenever it is possible . My big issue is room services .

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and corridors, security cameras everywhere, always offering to clean the room, fresh sheets, and towels. The only downside is that the clothes dryer hasn't worked in weeks.

The entire building reeked of cigarette smoke. Do not stay there if you don’t want to smell smoke. Additionally, be aware that the highway noise is quite loud.
