One of the most peaceful places that I have ever visited. Sitting on the screened porch watching the water and hearing nothing but the lap of the water and the birds singing was our favorite part of this property.

This place is just heaven. I love the way it’s decorated and it even smells amazing! You are close to the small surrounding town but what could be better than sitting on the enclosed porch eating a meal or just watching the ocean? We will definitely be back!

Excellent. Cannot say enough positives about this place. I would buy in a heartbeat. Very convenient but you feel like you are at the end of the world. Super bang for the buck. 100% will return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This place is beautiful. The views are amazing, especially if you get up and watch the sunrise over the water. It is perfect if you have kids that love to swim, as the water is very manageable even for our smallest child. My wife loved reading on the back porch while listening to the water. We spent plenty of time out on the back porch playing cards and having dinners. The beds are VERY comfortable. We would definitely recommend, and also book again in the future!! The hosts were very accommodating and answered our questions about the area very promptly.

This is the third time my family has stayed at this home and as always we enjoyed our time! Ashley is a fantastic host and has ensured that her home is cozy and has everything you need for a long weekend or week away. Our personal fave is how comfy the beds are, which we've found can be lacking at other rentals. Close enough to restaurants and shopping(15-20 minutes) but you still far enough away to enjoy the quiet! Until next time :-)

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay the beach was beautiful and the house was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Very nice neighborhood and beautiful views from the screened in backporch. The kids loved seeing all the crabs, horseshoe crabs, and fish everywhere.

Love love love the view of the Mobjack Bay & the North River! Right on a nice sandy beach which is perfect for swimming! Comfy bedding, cute and tasteful decor!

Fun on the beach

Great group vacation home. The beach was fantastic, and the screen porch was wonderful. Dishwasher wasn't working while we were there, but that didn't stop us from relaxing and enjoying our stay.
