The hotel was spotlessly clean,the staff was very helpful and attentive,made us feel welcome at all times. The onsen is really nice and relaxing. Food was fantastic. It is a beautiful hotel with great amenities.

客室に館内にと綺麗で清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、対応もたいへん良かったです。 温泉（大浴場）は室内室外と分かれておりゆったりと入れました。 食事はたいへん美味しく、またスタッフもてきぱきしており、おかわりや、飲み物のオーダーもスムーズでした。 また交通の便はバスがメインとなり、強羅駅からは距離を感じましたが、周辺にはポーラ美術館にガラスの森美術館があり、堪能出来ました。 是非また来たいと思った宿泊施設でした❗️
