Hamden Hotels with Hot Tub in Room

I was surprised how outdated the building was. Very loud and noisy. You can hear everything in your room from the hallway to slamming doors, people walking around on the upper level, the ice maker all hours of the day. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. It was fine for the 3 nights we were there, but I’d pick someone else next time I’m in the area due to it being so outdated and loud. The employees were fantastic!

Was booked for three nights at this hotel. Got there and they had given my room away. Said that they had run my card before I even got there and that it declined, which it actually didn’t, my credit card company froze my card because I thought it was fraudulent, so they canceled my reservation. No phone call or anything. Upon arrival to the hotel Expedia said that my room was still booked. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Called to speak to management the next day and they said they had no record of my card being run or the room being canceled. They were supposed to call me back with more information and never called back.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was that breakfast, that goes from 6-10, was almost completely out of food at 9:20. They were willing to cook a little more when asked and people quickly ate it. Once there was food it was quite good.
