I really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and staff very approachable - I asked for sugar and black tea everyday and they were very hospitable. Also assisted by calling me taxi when I needed it. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet and I will definitely come back when I visit NZ again. I hope one day you can open a cafe or restaurant or provide basic breakfast (even just cereal and milk). Excellent value near to supermarkets. Excllent cleanliness in a newly refurbished room. They require a refundable deposit of $200 at checking that might speak to some guests but no complaints from me.

We came to watch the ABs vs France and booking with Grosvenor (early) was not only affordable but within walking distance to the stadium and conveniently located to the supermarket and gym. Grosvenor was the perfect place for our weekend getaway!
