The property was tidy, which we appreciated. However, the focus on keeping costs down was noticeable - the absence of a rubbish bin in the main room (bathroom only) limited plates and cutlery, no trays, use of pods for milk instead of 250ml tetra, and apple and orange juice that was perhaps made from a sachet and didn't bear much resemblance to juice at all.

Nice, quiet hotel within walking distance of Grey Street for a variety of dining options. Room was clean and comfortable. We were quickly moved at check-in when we found out AC did not work. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Bed’s and bedding were really comfortable. It was simple to check in and they let us check in early because we just finished a 23 hour flight (39 hours of travelling in total) and we were desperate to have a rest. The lounge is really cozy and the continental breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are a tad dated but we’re really clean. Overall experience was fab.
