Quite possibly the noisiest night we've ever experienced in a hotel. Every drunken muppet in hamilton seemed to be partying in the street outside the hotel. Old school, single glazed windows do not help so either take ear plugs or dont stay there on a Saturday night.

During my stay on the 18th of February was absolutely shocking, there were many areas of the room that was completely covered in dust and the cleaning of the room was terrible, getting to the room was super confusing and a long walk, I should have bought my wheelchair as I was getting way to dizzy to walk hallways to get to the room I was assigned too, and then the keycard the receptionist gave me did not work so had to wait for the correct one. The room was insanely dirty and the the bathroom was absolutely filthy dirty, I expected much more, and someone with many medical conditions I felt insanely uncomfortable and was almost going to ask for a refund, I would not recommend this place at all

Anything but quiet. Had room 408. Near turbines or similar. Did not sleep all night because of the noise 😡. When one reserve a room pay for service and for relaxation and cannot sleep this is not good at all

Husband and I enjoyed our three nights there. Room compact with 2 double beds. You have to step up to get in the shower and stepping out of it can be a problem. Nice staff. Central Hamilton. Safe to be in. Clean and I enjoyed our meals there. Seafood chowder is good there.

Lift didn't work so had to carry heavy bags up two flights of stairs, no parking available spent over half an hour to find a park on the street. Air conditioning didn't work in bedroom and the window couldn't be opened.
