The staff were helpful and the room was fine, but did not have enough plug sockets, ideally it would have plug sockets either side of the bed, and another for the kettle.

No cot despite paying for one. Didn’t answer the phone when phoning from the room. Very frustrating with a baby being put to sleep on an evening after checking in.
