I chose this hotel for its amenities and was very disappointed. The train ran very slow or not at all. The boat ride was closed the entire time we were there. Are room was very far from exit and we had to make the long walk several times due to the train operating very slowly or not at all. When we checked out we waited over 30 minutes. The dolphin shows and snorkeling was a plus for my grandson. However they ran out of towels for the guests on a daily basis. I would not stay here again
