Designed and built to impress, this suite can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Style, attention to the details, great location, high end amenities and a beautiful private pool turn this property into a unique holiday home. Please note that due to its peculiar design and character, this property does not accept guests below 12 years old.

Inside, the property is set over one floor and is spacious, airy, modern. Each detail has been carefully studied to offer a superior holiday experience. From large flat screen satellite TV, to air-conditioning through, from fully fitted kitchen to extra comfortable mattresses: all will impress you. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for the preparation of any kinds of meals, and a barbecue is also available for all those guests wishing to dine al-fresco. Just as pictured! Incredible stay!

This property was the nicest we have stayed at on all our trips. A warm welcome from Giannis, and everything was super clean. Privacy and plenty of lounge space. Comfy bed and great A/C. The BEST part was the pool and view, simply perfect! We'll be back again!

Beautiful view!

Stunning property and will not disappoint! Beautifully decorated, spacious and as already mentioned—the view cannot be beat! The host and staff are very responsive and room tidying can occur daily, if desired. I chose the location to be close to the University of Heraklion hospital (within a mile). I did not have a car—but I would strongly recommend one for this location. There are numerous loose/stray dogs on Crete and walking in that area was quite dangerous one day at dusk. This is not a negative for the property itself though—which is safe. I did see one of the friendly strays jump the low front wall one afternoon, but the individual units are extremely secure.
