The bathroom walls and bath had hairs in them. Also there was no fan so I was concerned when showering that I may set the alarm off.

The stay was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, but the only drawback was the noise — you could clearly hear neighbouring rooms using their toilets, which affected the quietness a bit.

Excellent stay option given the low price. Property was very clean, including the lobby, kitchen and bathrooms. Staff were very helpful. Property is near a main road, so some noise during the night but nothing too bad.

Great stay. Only issue was the bathrooms are combined with showers so they got messy with water and hair on the floor but this is a minor issue. Otherwise very nice.

Well located and good price-quality ratio. The staff is really friendly. The fact that you can have a whole bathroom for yourself feels luxurious. Just a couple of considerations: The bathrooms get flooded easily due to bad drainage but the staff was always on top of it all the time. Beware there is no elevator (though I’m certain is mentioned on their page) so if you have to carry your luggage you might have to do it through a couple set of stairs and fire doors. The amenities might be a little under the scale of people it can allocate, but at least during my stay, it was never an issue.

Centrally located, squeaky clean YHA Hotel Hobart

An overnight stay, YHA Hobart was well located, short walk from the airport bus, across the road from a great bakery for quick breakfast and offered a good rate for a Friday night stay. Room was simple but squeaky clean with tea and coffee provided.
