We had a good stay. Our second time there.the view and convenience of location. My only gripe is most the staff are not pleasant. There were two who really were nice and friendly. Otherwise the rest were on auto pilot and couldn’t muster a smile. Our car rental people were 100 times more welcoming. Funny too. The rooms were short on supplies. One room only 2 towels and hand towels. The other room only one towel and hand towel. No tea. All this was fixable. Oh. And there was a guy outside by valet. I think he was a ???? He sat crossed legged on the ledge and completely ignored us until we unloaded our car and then didn’t even get up but asked if we needed help with our luggage. Too funny. And yes he did work there. Far too long if you ask me. Anyways, not sure if we’ll go back again. It wasn’t enough to not go back but maybe a different place for a change.

Staff were excellent. Room was clean, nice size, quiet. AC a bit noisy and sounded like it needed to be replaced soon. It was so nice the pool was never crazy busy and we could always get a chair & umbrella. Kitchen great - couple things needed - cookie sheet and pot holders - but otherwise all you needed. Location is great. Menehune grill was very good and never too busy either that you had to wait long to get in. Overall everything was great!

Location is insane. Restaurants across the street, lagoon and beach in yer backyard. Amazing courtyard that connects to a super reasonable parking lot (if you don’t want to splurge on valet). Daily vouchers for water and icecream. Phenomenal suites, incredible views. Fast elevators, lively lobby. And all this at an amazing price (compared to other resorts). Oh man, I am so so glad I chose this spot. Had an amazing experience with absolutely no shortcomings.

Staff is outstanding and very kind, especially Rod. It is an older facility that needs some TLC, but the rooms have everything including a great kitchen. We love the location and it is our second year in a row to stay here.

Excellent location, nice heated deep pool, nice balconies, good restaurants, friendly staffs. The escalator and elevator from the ground level to lobby and upstairs broke and they seem to be keeping it that way. So heavy suitcases you need to drag it up or down.
