The staff were wonderful, they do the house keeping every 2 days which was good. The room needs some upgrade but still neat and clean. The hotel was close to the main street and all the shops and next to all the bus stops. Overall, with the price that we paid, we can't complain. Next time visiting, we will book this hotel again.

"The room updates were nice but the common areas and atrium are under construction. And the Farmer's Market is just a couple of tables set up in one the entrances of the hotel. James at the front desk was very helpful however Sarah of Suzanne was not at all and very sarcastic in her reply."

"Incredible that HHV can manage this many guests at one time. The resort is like a small city. Certainly not a quiet romantic property, but if you’re into BIG, this is your place!
