“We had a frightening experience during our stay when my wife needed emergency care. Jerry and Mike from the staff were absolutely incredible — they responded quickly, stayed calm, and made sure we got the help we needed without any hassle. They even arranged for us to stay an extra night so we could recover. Their kindness and professionalism during a really scary moment meant everything to us. Beyond Jerry and Mike, the entire staff — from the housekeeping team to the front desk — were highly personable and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki is the one. Highly recommend.”
