Awful central booking service

I had rung in a few weeks ago to change the room type from a double to a twin. I was told I would not be receiving any email confirmation of this when I asked, but was assured the booking change had been made. However, at check-in they had no record of this and had no twin rooms left. I've given 4 stars though as reception sorted out a family room instead

If you book a sofa bed they don’t leave the sheets in the room so you need to ask for them to make the bed up. Other than that it was lovely night stay. Comfy bed and reasonably quiet.

The staff was lovely. When we discovered our flight left before the breakfast buffet was open they arranged for us to receive bag breakfasts to take along. The staff also provided directions to beautiful park to walk in and the old pub
