Literally a 50m walk inside north terminal from EasyJet check ins to the hotel via enclosed sky bridge. Fast check in, even faster check out. Good size, comfortable room. Good water pressure and lighting. Comfortable and quiet enough for a night's sleep.

After being trapped for 20 minutes in an elevator with a staff member who did not have her phone or radio with her, the whole experience was traumatic. The alarm in the elevator only goes to an outside company not the hotel so advice and help were not that forthcoming Eventually a maintenance person walked up to the floor we were on and assisted us. They also did not have our reservation when we arrived. Had to wait for confirmation from you to allow us to be checked in even with my booking number.

Well located obviously for the airport, friendly reception staff, nice rooms (very squeaky floors on the 5th floor though). The "complimentary" breakfast at 4:00am was very disappointing, they had run out of croissants and muffins and only replenished them when I complained at reception, no hot food (6am apparently) so the choice was toast or cereals. :(

The staff on Reception were very helpful and friendly. The room we were first given smelled of smoke and we were quickly changed to a new room. Very convenient for North Terminal at Gatwick. Landing in rain, we didn’t get wet going to the hotel because the walkway takes you into the hotel lobby without going outside at all. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. Very acceptable for a night before or after a flight.
