Excellent airport hotel – unbeatable convenience I had an excellent stay at the Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick Airport. Three things really stood out. First, the convenience is hard to beat. The hotel is literally inside the airport at the North Terminal, which makes early flights or late arrivals completely stress‑free. Second, access is excellent. Thanks to the frequent and easy monorail service between the North and South terminals, the hotel works perfectly regardless of which terminal you’re flying from. Finally, the breakfast was great. A continental breakfast is available from 4:30am, ideal for early departures, and the traditional hot breakfast starts from 6:00am. Everything was well organised and good quality. Overall, a very comfortable and practical stay. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone flying from Gatwick.

The room was great and clean, but the breakfast was not up to standard as the scrammed egg tasted of powder and no other option, but the rest of the items were ok, if fried or poached eggs were offered that would make a big difference.

Very handy location right in the terminal, ideal for my late evening arrival. Rooms are stylish and comfy with a huge TV. The towels and lotions were all very high quality. The free breakfast was of mostly high quality (apart from the OJ and baked beans). Will definitely stay again when I have an early or late flight.

I always stay with you for the convenience when I have to fly in the morning. I can rely on the staff and comfort of the hotel. I was disappointed in the limited food selection in the restaurant this time. I have a severe garlic allergy which eliminated main course most choices.

Very convenient for travelers flying out of Gatwick North Terminal as departures (and arrivals) are literally an elevator away. Room is spacious and surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. Beds are comfortable.
