Convenient location.

The hotel was easy to find after getting off the coach, well signposted. It was a pain waiting for a lift to get to the foyer to sign in, then back to the lift to go to the room, as it was very busy and there were only two lifts for people with a lot of luggage. Reception staff were polite and efficient. Restaurants way over priced, so I walked to the airport and had some dinner instead. Very conveniently located to get to the airport the next day.

Comfortable and convenient

Clean comfortable room. Staff friendly. Breakfast was a buffet with some items needing quicker replacement as had run out with other food on plate getting cold waiting. Some guests were creating a mountain in their plates so that may have contributed. Black pudding would have been nice and bacon a bit less fatty or at least crispy fat would have been nice. Evening meal was nice and friendly staff who made every effort to make sure we were not rushed even though we had just arrived before closing due to a delayed flight arrival.

This hotel is perfect when flying out of Gatwick airport. The hotel is just steps away from flight check in, which I love. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. My dinner at the restaurant was delicious! I have stayed here before, and I will choose to stay here again!

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable it was definitely an older version. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that we had a taxi ordered for us but was not told that there was a surcharge because they were coming to the airport as we're from out of country we did not know that.
