Clean room, beautiful front lobby and breakfast area, and plentiful parking. Staff were quick and polite. Within minutes of the American dream mall, this hotel was extremely convenient. The only real complaints I have are that the water pressure in the shower is pretty low, meanwhile the water pressure in the sink comes out like a fire hydrant. Also, breakfast had many options and most were good, minus the super watery and flavorless oatmeal. All in all would stay here again though!

We needed to be at American Dream which was only less than a mile away. We were offered a complimentary shuttle to and from the facility and it was wonderful. The desk staff, both day and night were wonderful and helped us with our needs. The breakfast was the best we’ve had but got very crowded around 9:00. The day we went at 7:00 was the best. All around wonderful experience.

Fix the pressure and outlets!

We had two rooms next to each other. 433 had ZERO water pressure in the shower which made it impossible to wash hair. 435’s shower was great. Also, every single outlet in 433- every plug would fall out. Cords had to be rigged to stay in, including the refrigerator which was not on (thanks to the cord falling out) when we got there. Loose outlets are fire hazards. Breakfast was impressive and everything else about the stay was great. Close to American Dream and NYC.
