Positives - Staff were friendly & professional; room was clean. Negatives - Many of the hallways, elevator, & public areas had a strong odor of marijuana. Road noise in the room from highway route 3 was excessive, especially the overnight truck traffic. No natural light from outside available as the window in the room was very dirty & very bright parking lot lights shone directly on the building - good thing for blackout curtains overnight!

the front desk staff very unfriendly and they cancelled our reservation even though we had confirmation number and Shanae ( the front desk staff ) attitude was too bad , too sad and your problem not mine. The other staff Mr. De got involved and noticed Shanae does not know how the system works and give us our room after one hour Hussle. Absolutely terrible.
