If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. My stay was completely ruined by unprofessional and unfair treatment from security. They knocked once on my door over a so called noise complaint when only one person was talking, and immediately escalated the situation. When I asked why, security insisted we had to leave, despite us calmly explaining that we had visitors who were gathering their things to go since we’re from out of state. Instead of handling the situation with any level of professionalism or understanding, they called the cops on us! To make matters worse, my children were scared and in shock when the police arrived. No child should have to experience that over something so unnecessary. Meanwhile, there were teenagers down the hall making actual noise, yet we were the ones singled out and picked on. I feel humiliated and embarrassed as multiple people witnessed this unfair treatment. I can’t shake the feeling that we were targeted and discriminated against. And to top it all off, this decision was made without the manager on duty, meaning some power-tripping employee took it upon themselves to ruin our stay. No matter how nice the property may seem, one bad apple spoiled the entire bunch. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being treated unfairly and disrespected. Stay far away!

My room was close to the pool entrance and the floor was unsafe and second the amount of noise around 6:30am to 7:00am was insane worse morning ever my husband and I didn’t rest at all.

Nice and clean hallways and comfortable rooms. Very quiet and loved that they pet friendly. My Yorki enjoyed his weekend away from home.

Dirty. Hallways smelled terrible. Bed bases were some sort of plastic box, tv quality was awful, elevators felt like they were breaking. Just bad. Felt like a cheap motel in the hood. Only good thing was location. Wouldnt stay here again, specially not with kids

Way too noisy. Heard every door slam every car going by in the highway. Could see a glow all the way around the door when lights were out (have a picture but can’t share here). Obviously of all that light can get in so can every noise, conversation, and door open/closure. etc

Great hotel

The stay was great. We came to town for the American dream mall. It was only a 5 min drive and there were so many things near the hotel. Target was walking distance and the hotel shares a lot with Red Robin for dinner

The hotel was great, and the breakfast was really good. Keep in mind that they only have sausage eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereal, bread, and bagels, with juice and coffee as options, but it's still very good. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The pool was closed for the second half of my trip, but the staff were very nice.
