Not only was the older American lady at the front desk, the rudest person I’ve ever engaged with but the young lady at the front desk as well. Explain that breakfast was served at 6:30 however, when I came downstairs the next morning at 6:30 the African-American woman was very rude and told me it wasn’t until seven. I only stayed at this hotel cause I flew in for business. I picked this hotel specifically due to the pool and the hot breakfast in the morning. I am very upset about the way the room smell. The odor was very foul. I will never be staying here again. The staff was horrible and the hotel is disgusting overall, if I can rate this below a zero that’s what it would be

Housekeeping staff were very helpful, especially Elizabeth who went out of her way to correct a small problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was much better than other area hotels.

Not impressed, old and smelly hotel

We had a bad experience staying at this property. It's very dated and old. The floor smells like urine. Our child got sick at this hotel. The carpet in the rooms was dirty. This property requires renovation. The only good thing were the washrooms as they seemed to be recently renovated. I would stay at the Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel if planning to stay in this area.

Property was nice and clean, room was lovely except for the ultra soft pillows that engulfed your face when you laid on them!!!! Made it hard to sleep.Needed an early taxi. Guy on front desk said he would not book one for me. Gave me a number for a taxi service,and when I called they had no idea where I was!!!! Turns out they were not local,so I ended up downloading the Lyft app so I could get a ride. Disappointed the desk guy was not more helpful

Close to Teterboro Airport with free parking. Reasonable drive into the City. Typical hotel breakfast fare, but nice not to have to travel to get a bite. Extended a day and the rate was almost the same as previous 2 days from Expedia.

This hotel provided everything we needed; clean spacious room, comfortable beds and free hot breakfast in the morning. The pool was also clean and the water wasn't too cold. We booked this hotel because it was close to the MetLife stadium and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I would stay here again
