The room wasn’t clean properly and didn’t provide the same number of towels and robes. Front desk concierge never answer the phone. Elevators takes for ever. Walls are paper thin. The coffee pods were disappointing, and ongoing construction prevented us from relaxing. This wouldn’t earn a 5-star rating in other countries. The room was not what I had book for and they said because was book with 3rd party. Had to pay extra 1k plus to get a view.
