The room was average to poor. The toilet water doesn't stop wasting water, coffee machine cannot be plug in the designated place and the most annoying is the AC unit which is very, very noisy and should be turned off during the night (as a result, it was very hot and couldn't sleep). The fridge could fall in the front, due to very poor support. Otherwise, people are nice, breakfast very good, the place has huge potential. Thank you.

The property is a bit “tired and old” (like us)!! The room was very adequate but only one outlet worked. A/C worked very well. Fridge was a welcome appliance, as was coffee maker. Outside pool is huge and very well kept. Linens and towels were sparkling clean! We were in #9 by the pool. It was perfect for us. Overall 3 great nights of relaxation!

My husband and I stayed for 5 days, Colonial was about a 30 minute walk to downtown/main strip so everything is pretty much in walking distance if you dont have a vehicle and dont mind a little walking! The room was clean and staff were fast if we requested more towels, etc. It could use some updates, we booked the king bed with the jetted tub but I would not have used the jetted tub.. the robes/massages are not included as advertised, we were told "its an old policy." The outdoor pool was clean, we didnt go to the indoor pool. Colonial is perfect if you are booking in large groups since its all one-level, you are next door to your neighbour. If you're looking for a simple stay, this is your place! Despite what some reviews say, we would come back. :)

I enjoyed my stay even though it is not a 5 ⭐️ hotel. I was weary at first because the room was so cheap! All I needed was a clean quiet room and they delivered. I must mention that the young man who checked me in was absolutely courteous and nice. Will definitely be back!

Clean but needs some work

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Property was tidy and clean. Does need a little TLC as it looks worn, but it did look like they were working on a room, so I’m sure it will just take some time. The outdoor pool was large and had a deep end. The room did have a mini fridge, which was nice to put some drinks in since there is no store within walking distance. For the price it was as expected, would stay again.

C’est un motel qui semble avoir été figé dans le temps sans être tellement entretenu. C’est parfait pour une nuit, mais sans plus si vous n’êtes pas regardant. This property is very run down. Bathroom ceiling paint was pealing, dirty and had lots of carpenter ants. Sheets were thread bare and air conditioner was loud. Whole property needs an upgrade. Would not stay there again.
