We did not enjoy this property. When we arrived and checked in to our room, the safety lock on the door was completely broken and staff didn't know about it. We were then moved to a different room, but it felt as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors felt dusty on our bare feet, nothing smelled fresh, and the sheets were extremely wrinkled as though they hadn't been touched in a long time. While it was certainly not the worst stay, we will not be returning. One thing I can say, is the staff was friendly and there was a pool.

Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The only complaint I have is that Hotels.com app doesn’t show that an additional deposit will be charged upon arrival. I was not expecting that.

The continental breakfast was of the best we’ve seen. Room was clean, property was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options nearby. The only non positive comment I would make, is that I was charged an extra $6 for parking each day. In my opinion parking should be included in the price of the room. Overall a great place for a family to stay.
