Holiday home in the middle of an orchard with mature trees. Built 2003-2005 with great attention to detail from old materials such as old wood, old bricks, as well as hemp and sheep's wool for thermal insulation. The heating is done with pellets and solar.

Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war schon während der Buchungsphase außerordentlich, dies setzte sich in einer überaus persönlichen Betreung vor Ort fort. .Das großzügige Haus bot alles , was das Urlauberherz begehrt.Die Lage ist vorzüglich für Ausflüge geeignet , Graz ist gut in 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Angefangen bei den urigen Behausungen in ihrer allergievermeidenden Bauweise, den Tieren auf dem Gelände, angefangen von den Hühnern, den Schafen und Katzen (nun ja, leider auch Schnecken und Wespen), dem Obst, das den Gästen zur Verfügung stand, dem Kräutergarten, der herrlichen Ruhe und dem milden Klima ..... wahrlich traumhaft

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Bei der Suche nach Ferienhäusern war diese Anzeige die einzige die allen Beteiligten sofort gefiel. Soviel Grün und Platz rund um das Haus gibt es selten. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit draußen auf einer unserer 3 Sitzbereiche. Oder lagen im Schatten der vielen Obstbäume. Die Kinder erorberten das große Areal im Handstreich. Die Krönung waren drei junge Katzen welche uns öfters besuchten. Der herzliche Empfang sowie die Betreuung und Beratung der Gastfamilie bildeten einen schönen Rahmen. Zweimal saßen wir Abends im kulinarischen Wettstreit mit Ihnen zusammen. Dabei entstanden schöne Gespräche und viele Hinweise für Ausflugsziele. Sehr angenehm war es im Besitz der Genuss Card zu sein. Durch diese konnten wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktionen kostenlos in Anspruch nehmen. Unser Ferienhaus in seinem urigen Stil versprühte eine wohlfühlende Atmosphäre. Eine super Anlage, geführt von einer Familie die das Geschäft mit Herzblut betreibt. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit

Top Lage - Freundliche Gastgeberin

Alles in allem wirklich ein schöner Urlaub. Sehr sauberes, top eingerichtetes Haus. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war, dass wir bei der Such aufgrund unserer Hunde etwas komplett eingezäuntes gesucht haben und das wurde hier angegeben. Leider ist es nicht eingezäunt und daher mit Hunde gar nicht so einfach. Wir haben aber auch das gemeistert und alles in allem eine Top Woche verbracht. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Familie Schöllauf, die wirklich zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit zur Seite steht !

ein Wohnhaus mit höchstem Komfort. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, Wohnstube mit Küchenteil, eine Terrasse aus Lärchenholz direkt vor den Obstbäumen und einem Kräutergarten für die Gäste. Hier möchten wir für immer wohnen.

Idyllisches Bauernhaus abseits jeden Trubels

Die Gesamtanlage sowie das Haus sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der an einen Wald grenzende Garten ist ideal für Kind und Hund. Die Vermieter (Vater, Mutter und Tochter) waren stets um unser Wohl bemüht, angefangen vom Frühstücksgebäck, hin zu Getränken bis zum Kaffeevollautomat - für alles wurde gesorgt. Die Gegend bietet sich für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge an und ist sehr ruhig. In Kirchberg a.d. Raab findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein sehr empfehlenswertes Gasthaus. Für Kinder ist etwa der Styrassic Park in Bad Gleichenberg interessant. Die Ferienhäuser sind jedenfalls empfehlenswert und verständlicherweise bei Stammgästen sehr beliebt.
