The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. They clean even you put do not disturb sign, as they have to change towels and take garbage everyday. Spotless rooms. Staff try their best to communicate in English, please use simple words

We loved our 4 nights stay at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Great location opposite MTR and walking distance to the Ave of the Stars. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are so friendly. Highly recommend it.

Basic and good location. The pool is great for kids to cool down in but isn’t open late. The hotel is definitely dated but it’s fine for a short stay in TST.

Hotel is conveniently located, however is in need of some upgrades and upkeep. Room and specially the bathroom were not in good shape, mold stains in the ceiling, tub with grout peeling and with mold, doors peeling.
