Rooms were very clean and attended to daily. Special thanks to Xiaoxiang on the 6th floor who was so friendly, attentive and made sure our room was spotless every day! Staff generally were fab. Location is fantastic and rooms quiet despite being on a busy road.

The toilet was k erflowing qith srptic water. The room was dillapidated. I got one of the rooms not yet refurbished. These should not be rented out anymore. There are much better hotels in tbe vicinity. Avoid!!

I stay in this hotel always when I’m in Hong Kong. It’s an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Prices have gone up a lot though My only complaint this time is about room services, nothing was available to order! Going down to Hari’s bar to eat at 9:30pm and they’re only serving drinks… this was a disappointment for a such a high end hotel.
