The room was stuffed with all amenities in detail. Provide Evian water at all times. Elegant furniture and quiet room. Excellent concierge with great recommendations for food and activities. Central and convenient location. Walk to K11 Musea and other shoppings.

It was outstanding, probably the best hotel I've ever been to. Communicate with you early and online, staff are beyond helpful, they escort you to your room and explain everything, and are eager to help. Service was flawless.

This hotel is a step above everything else in terms of comfort, luxury, quality, service, ambiance, elegance and variety of dinning options. It tops my other prime choices: Four Seasons at Peninsula Papagayo (CR), Armani (Dubai) and Alvear Palace (Buenos Aires). The best of the best.
