Great hustle & bustle neighbourhood with lost of inexpensive shopping and gritty Kowloon atmosphere. But unless you know where you're going, it's hard to figure out where the Premium Lounge is. The commercial main floor of the Chungking Mansions is a seedy-feeling mix of currency exchange outlets, shops, and a bunch of men just hanging around watching people.

メールした通り、 本日宿泊予定のプレミアムラウンジですが、記載内容と実態が大幅に異なり大変ショックを受けております。 まず部屋の詳細は写真をご覧下さい。画像は数字の番号とは異なります。 ①記載されていた専用バスルームはフロアで共有。(他のお客さんがいないから専用という言い分) ②部屋に電話もなく、トイレも共同。 更には部屋の仕様は全く異なり、映画でみる囚人部屋のようでした。 ③冷房も全く効かず、25℃を越える香港で窓を開けて過ごす結果になりました。 ④扉もオートロックでキーをかざしても開きません。また貴重品ロッカーに関してはそもそも扉が閉まりませんでした。 以上の理由から滞在時間1時間30分にしてチェックアウトをしました。 これにより1日目は宿無し、2日目は追加で15000円支払い違う宿を確保しました。 記載内容が大きく異なるため返金またはこちらの指定するホテルを確保していただきたいと考えています。 貴社の対応によっては今後2度と利用することはないと思います。
