Great position but property is now very old and tired. Expect long check in delays and lots of Chinese tour groups filling the reception area. After staying their multiple times it will be our last stay there.

Staffs are generally nice, food is okay, they do have cute panda shaped bites, and wonderful pistachio themed high team but the rest of the menu feels normal. Connected to the MTR so its great. Unfortunately the harbourview was blocked by other buildings so wouldnt pay for harbourview in the future.

I would highly recommend accommodation at The Kowloon Hotel. Although the room was a little compact, it was clean and was serviced daily by friendly staff. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. Great location close to shopping, food outlets and walking distance to night markets, Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong Museum of Arts and other tourist attractions. I definitely recommend The Kowloon Hotel if you're travelling and staying in Hong Kong.
