Stayed here in Feb; 26 for 7 nights. Hotel and rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and courteous. Good local restaurants are few minutes walk away. Plenty of public transport available.

Sofa bed wasn’t really a bed or a sofa. Sofa was too small for a human to sit on, which turned into a mat on the floor. AC did not run well, and the room routinely got really hot. Breakfast was good, but during peak hours staff had a very hard time keeping up, and food was limited as was seating. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT. As the listing on Expedia suggests. Staff at the hotel said there is only taxi or grab available at our own expense so we ended up walking and taking transit service.

Fantastic location just 3 minutes to the nearest monorail stop to get about and 7mins to nearest. Breakfast was outstanding and staff very welcoming. Will stay there again no doubts.

Location, location. Few minutes away from LRT, walking distance to Pavilion and shopping area. Beside that, room was good, water pressure ok. I just don’t like elevators taking too long, sometime need to wait for more than 5 minutes to go to my floor (19) during peak time. But overall giving 4 stars out of 5

Great staff. I spoke to the food and beverage manager and indicated that sugary cereals are not preferred by many people. I suggested adding oats, sliced almonds, walnuts. The rooms need hair conditioner in addition to shampoo. Very good gym with lots of barbells and cardio machines.

Room was okay. Skimpy on towels. They do offer free bottles of water but shame you when you ask for more (the bottle has it printed on the label to ask for more). One major issue I had was that after we checked in, we locked the safe and when we came back the safe was open - nothing missing but obviously the hotel reset the safe for some reason. It did only happen the one day. Breakfast was okay, eggs not so good, if you like Asian food for breakfast, I'm sure it would be okay. They had a good selection of breads, pastries, juices, teas, etc. No airport shuttle despite what the description here says. Finally, they charge a tourism tax of 10 ringitt per night which Expedia did not charge me for or tell me about. The location of the hotel is a little far to walk to the twin towers, kl tower, eco Park, etc but you can use the app called grab to get you around.

The check in was good and i was able to use the on site laundry by purchasing the tokens,and it can only be accessed by your card. Room was large with a moderate sized bathroom, there were views from the window,tea and coffee making facilities and free water. The breakfasts were excellent even though self service. The bed was comfortable and i 2 goodnights sleep.
